Cages, perches and feeders
- Change the water daily and wash the drinker properly. Seed husks and droppings in water are the usual cause of illness.
- Clean the cage tray every day and scrub perches weekly, giving wooden perches time to dry completely.
- Offer perches of different diameters so feet are not held in one position all day.
- Store seed sealed, cool and dry, and check it for mould or insects before refilling.
- Dispatch
- Orders leave our fulfilment warehouse in Spain within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery to the UK
- 4–8 business days after dispatch. Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from the EU. The carrier may charge import VAT, duty or a handling fee on delivery; these charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
- Delivery to the EU
- 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery cost
- £5.99 on an order, waived from £75.00.
- Returns
- 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Post it back inside 14 days of cancelling and the refund follows inside 14 days.
- Return postage
- Yours to pay, unless the item is faulty — then it is ours.
- Warranty
- 24 months of cover against manufacturing faults.
