The SureFlap Chatiere Connect model SFIDSCFWTB1 is an advanced electronic cat flap specially designed for controlling cat access via microchip, offering a practical and secure solution for homes with multiple pets. Made of durable white plastic, the flap has compact dimensions of 14.2 x 12 cm, making it easy to install on standard doors or walls. It operates with 4 AA batteries, ensuring autonomy without the need for direct electrical connection. The main innovation of this model is its connected system which, through an integrated electronic chip and the Sure Petcare Hub, allows setting personalized opening and closing schedules so some cats can go out while others stay inside according to the owner’s needs. Additionally, thanks to the connection with the Sure Petcare mobile app, it is possible to remotely control each cat’s entry and exit, monitor their activities, and log their movements over extended periods, facilitating smart and secure pet management. This advanced technology is complemented by the flap’s versatility, adapting to different cat habits and preferences, reducing stress, and preventing unauthorized animals from entering. Due to its technical and functional features, the SureFlap Chatiere Connect represents an ideal solution for those seeking effective, connected control over their cats’ mobility, combining convenience, security, and remote supervision in a single device.

Living with cats

Keep food, water and the litter tray apart. Most cats will not drink next to where they eat.
Scoop the tray daily and wash it out with hot water and unscented detergent when you change the litter.
Put scratching posts where your cat already scratches rather than where it suits the room, or they will be ignored.
Wash fabric beds on a gentle cycle and keep the cat's own scent in the rotation by washing one item at a time.

Where the product or its packaging carries its own instructions, those take precedence over the notes here.
